Shop with Confidence Every Step of the Way

Buying directly from China gives you access to factory prices and millions of products, but we understand that international shopping also comes with questions.

What if the item isn't as expected?
What if I receive the wrong product?
What if I need a return or exchange?

At CNshopper, we help reduce these risks through warehouse inspection, QC photos, transparent order management, and after-sales support.

Our goal is to give you more visibility and control before your parcel is shipped internationally.

How Buyer Protection Works

Your order goes through several protection stages before it reaches you.

① Seller Ships Your Item

After payment, the seller sends your order to the CNshopper warehouse in China.

During this stage you can monitor your order status directly from your account.

② Warehouse Arrival & QC

Once your parcel arrives at our warehouse, we process it and prepare it for inspection.

You can review:

QC Photos
Product appearance
Color
Quantity
Visible condition
Package information

If something appears incorrect, you can contact us before international shipping.

③ Review Period

After QC photos become available, you have time to review your order before shipping.

During this period you may:

Review QC photos
Request additional inspection
Contact customer support
Apply for return or exchange (when eligible)

We recommend reviewing your order as soon as possible so any issues can be handled before international shipping.

④ Warehouse Storage

Need more time?

No problem.

Your items can remain in our warehouse for up to 90 days of free storage, giving you time to:

Wait for additional orders
Consolidate multiple purchases
Optimize shipping costs
Submit your parcel whenever you're ready

What Can Buyer Protection Help With?

Depending on the seller's policy and the status of your order, CNshopper can assist with:

Return Requests

If the seller accepts returns, we can help coordinate the return process before international shipping.

Exchange Requests

Need a different size, color, or version?

We'll help communicate with the seller whenever exchange service is available.

Quality Issues

If QC photos show visible defects or your received item does not reasonably match the order, contact our support team immediately.

Wrong Item

If the seller sends the wrong product, we'll help investigate the issue and communicate with the seller.

Missing Items

If accessories or items appear to be missing, please contact us before submitting your parcel for international shipping.

Platform Return Policy Overview

Different marketplaces have different after-sales rules.

Marketplace	Typical Return Support
Taobao / Tmall	Usually supports returns and exchanges under seller policy
1688	Most in-stock products support returns, subject to seller rules
Weidian	Return policy varies by seller
Xianyu (Idle Fish)	Usually limited after-sales support because many sellers are individuals
Other Platforms	Depends on the original marketplace and seller policy

Return approval is determined by the original seller.

CNshopper assists throughout the process but cannot override seller decisions.

Exchange Process

When an exchange is approved, the process usually follows these steps:

Buyer submits exchange request
Seller reviews the request
Exchange is approved
Original item is returned
Replacement item is shipped to the warehouse
New QC photos are available
Buyer submits international shipment

Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

Seller confirms the refund
Return is completed
Seller issues the refund
Funds are credited to your CNshopper Balance
You may use the balance for future orders or withdraw eligible funds according to our withdrawal policy

Refund timing depends on the seller, marketplace, payment provider, and return process.

Important Notes

Please review these points carefully before shipping your parcel.

Cross-border returns are usually more complex than domestic returns.
Some products may not support returns due to marketplace policy or product type.
