黑橙配色的双面穿 太过于经典
面布大深我们采用的100%斜纹再生尼龙
相较于平纹 手感会更柔软、厚实
以及光泽度、抗皱性还有耐磨性都会更好
内里也是按照retail一致的暴力橙进行单独染
螺纹方面也是完全按照retail一致的提花织造
故此我们已经将袖口螺纹拆除进行分析
帽子是单独进行织染 600克长绒棉混纺织造
两层双面戴的帽子的设计 相当耗材
算下来的成本甚至于高过一些短袖的成本
包括五金以及辅料全部都是开私模进行生产
包括袖标的小标内部的防伪标识 我们也调整到位了
这也是非常耗费人力物力 非常难扣细节的一处
